The Benguet First District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 6, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Engineering Design Software for Benguet 1st District Engineering Office - Planning and Design Section, 24GPE0044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
