Description : Invitation to Bid for 24NA0025: Rehabilitation of Cabadbaran River Bay-ang-Pandanon Section, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte

1. The DPWH-Agusan del Norte District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of ninety-six million five hundred thousand pesos only (Php96, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24NA0025: Rehabilitation of Cabadbaran River Bay-ang-Pandanon Section, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Agusan del Norte District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 255 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
