1. The DPWH - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office, through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 24, 990, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Retrofitting / Strengthening of Permanent Bridges: Hagan Bridge, Hagan, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro/25EI0178. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
