1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Guimaras District Engineering Office through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) - Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos and 0/00 Centavos (Php4, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 25GE0028 - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Dolores, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
