1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) - Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Php 48, 250, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25GL0058 - CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER BANK SLOPE PROTECTION ALONG CAMANSI RIVER, DOWNSTREAM OF CAMANSI BRIDGE LEFT BANK, LA CASTELLANA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
