1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) - Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Php 9, 800, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25GL0065 - CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD AT BARANGAY 3, ISABELA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
