The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 9, 650, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25GL0130 - CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD AT SO. AGUSTINA, BARANGAY SAG-ANG, LA CASTELLANA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
