1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Local Economic Enterprise Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Five Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos and 20/100 (P 14, 559, 337.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days.
