1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2024, 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Four Pesos and Twenty Seven Centavos (₱1, 999, 854.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Naroron CIS, Located at Bitnong, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-065). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
