1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2024, 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Ninteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Two Pesos and Twenty One Centavos (₱2, 319, 762.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Yabbi CIS, Located at Yabbi, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-064). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
