This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FARSubpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Thesolicitation number is W91151-25-Q-A012. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporated provisionsand clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025 andDFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 17 January 2025.

MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for ten (10) 20ft Reefer Trucks. The NorthAmerican Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 - Other Commercial andIndustrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, Business Size Standard $40, 000, 000.
