Dole VA Nutrition and Food service Department with one (1) Restaurant/Commercial grade Range, natural gas, 60", (6) 30, 000 BTU open burners with lift-off burner heads, (1) 24" attached char broiler with (4) 16, 000 BTU burners, (2) standard oven bases, stainless steel front, sides, back riser & high shelf, fully welded frame, 6" adjustable legs, 302, 000 BTU. This oven is needed to meet the needs of kitchen production as NFS move towards choice dining and modernization. Vulcan brand. Similar to Vulcan Endurance Gas Restaurant Range model 60SS-6B24CBN.Scope of work:The contractor shall provide in new working condition a gas operated, 6 lift-off burner head range, double standard oven with 24 char broiler that is compatible with the specifications listed in the technical requirements.
