This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the demolition of one and a half story house with attached garage, a detached garage and chicken coop/kennel, the filling in of the foundation, dug well decommissioning, septic system decommissioning including tank and leech field removal, raised garden removal and grading of the property located at 371 Powerline Rd., Brantford, ON, N3T 5L8 as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The current structures on site are required to be removed due to the future plans for the location.
