The contracting authority would like tenders for a saw and drill for micro. Tenders shall include accessories and equipment dependent consumables and an option for a service contract. The equipment shall consist of machine cabled and electro console with different commitments. The equipment shall be used, among other things, for the following procedures: small leg surgery, hand, foot, latarjet procedure. A framework agreement shall be signed with one (1) tenderer for two (2) years calculated from the start-up date. The total maximum agreement period is four (4) years (2+1+1). A separate framework agreement will be signed for equipment dependent consumables for as long as the equipment is in use at the Customer.The estimated number of equipment procurements is 50 in the contract period. The estimated number of consumables is 5000 per annum. The maximum volume of the framework agreements shall be valid for up to 50% increase in the estimated value/consumption. Option: Service agreement on different levels that can be taken up during the lifetime of the equipment. Any triggering of the option will be taken into account at the end of the warranty period on the equipment. If so, a contract will be signed for 1 year at a time. The option will last for as long as the equipment is in use by the health authorities in Helse Sør-Ø st.Se Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications and Annex 1 - Price Form for a more detailed description.
