This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06 (eff. 12/04/2023) and VAAR Update 2008-37 (eff. 07/28/2023) 3. This requirement is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 332999 with a size standard in number of 750 employees. 4. Place of Performance: Overton Brook VA Medical Center, 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 711015. Delivery Schedule: All equipment shall be delivered by 30 days from the date of award. 6.
