Description: The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the Surgical Interventions Service for Cervical Cancer Surgery and Ovarian Cancer, aimed at the resolution of GES patients and paciWaiting List entities that are awaiting diagnostic surgery for suspected ovarian cancer, or awaiting surgical treatment for pre-invasive and invasive cervical cancer, which cannot be resolved in the institutional ward within the legal term. These interventions will be rcarried out in facilities of the Establishment, and outside institutional hours, to beneficiary patients of the National Health Fund FONASA, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1. The respective contract iswill be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18, 417, in this sense, the Provider of Health Actions will be obliged to provide on behalf and on behalf of the Hospital, and by way of1036fcb82f3a0fcfe4366f7e43dbe204the delegation, as required by the inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 3680 to the Beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18, 469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or health rehabilitation that are tendered by this act.
