Supply and delivery of 35 units of Specific Purpose Rescue Vehicle for use of various barangays of the cities/municipalities in the Province of Batangas for monitoring peace and order situation

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Continuing Appropriation - Capability Building Program of FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 59, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days.
