Statement of WorkTitle Steam Distribution System EvaluationScope The Alexandria VA Health Care System, Pineville, LA is requiring annual preventive maintenance on 9 Sterile Storage Cabinets. The maintenance includes all the tasks listed below to include replacing filters, pumps and all parts as needed to maintain sterile RME. The service will also include ensuring proper airflow, filter integrity, static pressure etc. (Labor, transportation, and cost associated with the service must be included). This is a patient safety essential requirement in order to maintain sterile RME. ObjectiveTo secure annual preventative maintenance on existing 9 Sterile Storage Cabinets in Building 7. The cabinets are used to store Sterile RME used during surgical procedures at the Alexandria VA Medical Center. Manufacturer: Air Innovations Part # SSC4500Dx Tasks Price for Factory authorized Annual PM contract for 9 SSC cabinets to include all parts listed below, labor, transportation, and lodging.Replace HEPA Filter Annually, HEPA Filter included.Check Airflow, Check Filter Integrity, Check Static PressureReplace Humidifier water reservoir, water pump, all hoses and tubing associated with Humidifier water distribution annually, all parts Included.Test all tubing for leaks, hose clamps and operational integrity.Check Humidifier operationInspect heater element & Liquid level Sensor, clean water level controller level sensors and test.Check Thermoelectric cooler & clean.Current, voltage, temperature, and fans.Check Electric Heater.Current, voltage, temperature rise, clean.Check Recirculation fans:Current, voltage, and fan performance, clean.Check Heat rejection Cabinet fans:Current, voltage, and fan performance, cleanCheck Cabinet Pressure controller and calibrate as needed.
