INTRODUCTIONThe U.S. Coast Guard cutter BARRACUDA WLB-87301 requires annual hull cleaning due to a buildup of seagrowth by State Certified divers
SCOPE OF WORK- The work is to be accomplished through the following task. Service provider shall provide a certified commercial diver to remove seagrowth from the hull of the ship. Service providers are highly encouraged to engage the vessels Engineer Petty Officer to fully understand the nature of services being requested so the most accurate service quote may be provided. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The vendor shall provide service located on the vessel, located at 601 Startare Drive Eureka CA 95501, with a start date of 1st September 2024 and a completion date 30th September 2024. Once the vendor is in receipt of authorization and prepared for conducting services, the period of performance is not to exceed 03 days after contract award date.
DELIVERABLES The Vendor shall provide all equipment, parts, and labor costs. The Unit shall schedule a service date and be available to receive contracted services. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA The government reserves the right to witness the installation process. The service provider shall keep the Contracting Officer-s Technical Representative (COTR), MKC Jacob Schlereth, fully informed of servicing plans so that the COTR may arrange to be present when work is being performed.
When the work is complete and ready for final inspection, the vendor shall notify the COTR to schedule final acceptance and observe service results. QUALITY ASSURANCE The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure that service...
