Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about March 25, 2024 to REPLACE ROOF BUILDING 76 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-19-605 The general scope of this project is for construction services to remove the existing natural slate shingles and replace with an approved synthetic slate product, install a new electrical ice melt system as specified and shown on the construction documents for building 76 which is the main hospital building at the VA Medical Center located in Bath, New York. Work shall address but not limited to existing roof removal, penetrations, flashing, and structural support of new artificial slate roofing. The building is listed as historical buildings at the VA Medical Center located in Bath, New York. The NAICS code is 238160. The small business standard is $19.0 M.
