The Contractor shall be responsible for providing (1) unarmed Security Guards with a level I certification or higher, furnish all labor, supervision, uniforms, training, transportation, equipment, supplies, and management to provide on-site security guard services for VA Facilities located throughout VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS).
