The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to South Western Communications, Inc. 3241 North 7th Street Trafficway, Kansas City, KS 66115South Western Communications, Inc. will provide supplies and installation for the additional Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call System for the Physical and Occupational Therapy Department. The Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call System is proprietary and can only be serviced by South Western Communications, Inc.The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, 800 Hospital Dr. Columbia, MO 65201-5275. The NAICS code is 334290 Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 800 Employees, and PSC 6350.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement No Later Than 08/05/2024 at 11:00 am Central Time.
