***This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.***

SECTION A: SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM1. Request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This RFQ will create a firm-fixed price (FFP), single-award, one-time purchase order for 7000 FT of Potable Water Pipe. The client agency is the 25 NAVFAC (NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND) located at Miramar, California.

2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 effective 01/22/2024. The provisions and clauses referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far.

3. This RFQ has NOT been set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332913, titled “Plumbing Products and Bathroom Fixture Solutions”. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4510, titled “Plumbing Fixtures and Accessories”.

4. This is a RFQ for the procurement of 7000 FT of Potable Water Pipe. The requirement includes delivery approval from Government point of contact (POC) has been received, testing/verification, and warranty as applicable.

5. Quoter shall submit a firm-fixed pricing quote and must be able to provide the 7000 FT of Potable Water Pipe by quoting the items listed on the Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 1) of this RFQ. Award will be made in the aggregate for all items.
