MidPen Housing Corporation is seeking material testing and construction inspection services for a 100% affordable housing development located at 750 Golden Gate Avenue. This project is located on State-owned land and is developed in partnership with the State. The project is designed as a Type IA, 8-Story, post-tensioned concrete building, comprised of 7 residential stories over a mixed-use ground floor (garage, common areas, property management offices, and 2 elevators). There will be 75 units offered in a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The scope of services outlined in the RFP includes, but is not limited to, the inspection requirements determined by SF DBI for this project. CMD has set the SBE participation goal for the project at 20%. This RFP does include a bid discount or rating bonus. SBE proposers are eligible for a 10% Rating Bonus. This RFP does not include a pre-bid meeting.
