Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Sonepar Mountain Holdings LLC.

The contract action is for Transformer Nitrogen Leak Repair and DCB Replacement for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 9:00 AM PST, 15 April 2025 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to A1C Samuel Toledo at samuel.toledo.1@us.af.mil no later than 15 April 2025, 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
