The EPFL intends to acquire a chemical bench for Lift-Off in Lot for its micro and nanotechnology center (CMI). The evaluation will be based on the quality of the processes, the robustness of the equipment, the Ease of use/maintenance, to its learning speed. The performance of the processes will be evaluated in terms of uniformity, reproducibility and passing time. General requirements are: • Execution of LIFT-OFF processes according to “Best-Known Methods” with 4 baths (see document) • Ease of use, Administration (revenue management) and maintenance. Low extraction request, electrical power, batch chemistry • Quality of technical support and long -term availability of spare parts.
