Description

Used railroad ties designated as hazardous material (HM) with a RCRA hazard of “D”. Hazardous contaminant iscreosote 15% creosote to 85% wood. Used railroad ties designated as hazardous material (HM) with a RCRAhazard of “D”. Hazardous contaminant is creosote 15% creosote to 85% wood. There are restrictions regardingreuse of these materials - please see Section I.6.The material issued under this contract shall be assigned a Demilitarization Code of A and will becategorized into the material code listed below. Over the duration of the performance period the Governmentguarantees to issue the Purchaser a minimum total quantity equal to the “Minimum Guaranteed QTY (EA.)”identified per item listed in Table 1.
