The Governments of the Republic of Cameroon and of the Republic of Chad received funding from the ADF hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance the Construction Project of a Bridge over the Logone River between Yagoua (Cameroon) and Bongor (Chad) and related developments and intend to use part of this loan to make payments under the Medical Equipment Acquisition contract. For this Contract, the Borrower shall make payments using the Direct Payment method of disbursement, as defined in the Bank-s Disbursements Guidelines for Investment Projects and Programmes, except for payments to be made by Letter of Credit in accordance with the terms of the contract.
