The governments of the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of Chad received funding from the FAD below called the bank to finance the project to build a bridge over the Logone river between Yagoua (Cameroon) and Bongor (Chad) and Related arrangements and intends to use part of this loan to make payments for the medical equipment acquisition market. For this market, the borrower will carry out payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the banks of the bank applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, with the exception of payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit.
