The Republic of Guinea has received funding from the African Development Bank Group below called "the bank" to finance the integrated development and adaptation program to climate change in the Niger Basin, and has the intention of Use part of this amount to make payments for the market relating to the acquisition of eight (08) motorcycle and eight (08) incorporated loincloth presses, in a single batch. For this market, the PIDACC/BN Component Guinea will make payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the bank directives applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, except Payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit.
