ⅲ)have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022・2023・2024.
ⅳ)The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
