The purpose of this contract is to provide the universities of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and the F.R.S.-FNRS with access to a bibliographic database including advanced bibliometric functionalities via the Internet, for a period of three consecutive years (2024 -2026), as ofnated 2024. At the end of this period, the contract will be renewable once a year by explicit renewal (see point II.7).
