Description: As of 2023, the three Rijnstreek municipalities Aan den Rijn, Kaag and Braassem and Nieuwkoop will bear the care and responsibility for residents with (serious) psychological problems. This offers the chance to organize this care more tailor -made and more connected to the social life of this resident. What can a resident himself, what is the request for help from the moment and what is needed for recovery? This approach is in line with the previously contracted Support Support - Invested with Tom in the neighborhood - with which the resident can go to one organization for all requests for help. For the present assignment support with Wonen (ROG), the Rijnstreek municipalities are looking for contractors who are cooperation partner of the Rijnstreek municipalities. A partner who stands for the importance of the resident and who commits to the assignment and the cooperation partners in the social domain. This is a partner with an intrinsic motivation to learn, develop and innovate.
