The Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (Gpmm) wishes to be supported over 4 years, to reassess the universe of major risks in 2023/2024 (extended scope including risks related to compliance, including Sapin Ii, cyber, climate, environment, Isps, Lpm, Etc.), According To The State Of The Art In The Matter, Via A New Mapping Of Major Risks (And A Mapping Of Eventual Opportunities), And An Appropriate Organization Of Risk Management And Compliance (Grc), Adapted To The Challenges Of The Gpmm. *) Which Will Allow Integrated And Shared Masterye Major risks (Scenarios, Action Plans, Controls, Incidents, Indicators, Customizable Reporting, Regulatory Watch, etc.). (*): Sigr: Risk Management Information System Gpmm Concomitantly Wishes To Be Accompanied In Methodology On The Grc Approach, AndTo allow Ad Hoc Evolutions of the Dedicated Tool (Scope and Features)

Description of services:- The Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (Gpmm) wishes to be accompanied over 4 years, to reassess in 2023/ 2024 the universe of major risks (extended scope including risks related tox compliance, including Sapin II, cyber, climate, environment, Isps, Lpm, etc.), according to the state of the art in this area, via a new mapping of major risks (and a mapping of future opportunities), and an appropriate organization of risk management and compliance (Grc), adaptedto the challenges of the Gpmm.He wishes to have a dedicated Sigr-type tool (*) which will allow the integrated and shared control of major risks (scenarios, action plans, controls, incidents, indicators, customizable reports, regulatory monitoring, etc.). (*): Sigr: Information systemn Risk Management The Gpmm wishes to be accompanied at the same time in terms of methodology on the Grc approach, and to allow ad hoc changes to the dedicated tool (scope and functionalities)
