Tenders are invited for Gegharkunik Marz, Martuni Community, Nerkin Getashen Kindergarten for the Acquisition of a 20 Kw Solar PV System
3. The tender will be carried out through the National Open Tender procedure using the " Invitation for Tenders " ( INV ), defined in the World Bank 's " World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " [ July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 ] by document (" Procurement Regulations "). The tender is open to all Bidders in the manner specified in the Procurement Regulations .
The Participant must provide documentary evidence to demonstrate that the technical specifications of the offered Products are met
· To the requirements of the technical specifications defined in the tender documents.
· The average annual volume of construction work performed by the successful Bidder during the last three (3) years shall be equal to the value of the bid.
· The main contractor's loan . During the last 5 years, at least two contracts of similar volume, nature and complexity (PV system supply/installation ) / to meet this requirement, the works must be 70% completed/.
