Tenders are invited for Acquisition and Installation of Equipment for the ESI Fab-Lab Room (INPHB)

Interested candidates can obtain information from the Education Training Project Coordination Unit (UCP-EF) and read the Invitation to Tender Documents, at the address given below, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (universal time):

7. Tenders must be physically submitted against registration on the form which will be opened for this purpose, and signature of the applicant, to the "procurement unit" of the C2D Education Training Project Coordination Unit, whose address is specified below, no later than Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. universal time.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the candidates who wish to attend the opening of the bids, at the meeting room of the C2D Education Training Project Coordination Unit, whose address is specified below, at the latest Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 10:15 a.m. universal time.

8. Bids must be accompanied by a bid submission guarantee established by a bank, a financial organization or a third party approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance which will remain valid thirty (30) days after the expiry of the period of validity of the offer, i.e. 150 (120 +30) days from the deadline for submission of offers.
