Tampere university community (TUNI) is looking for a technology partner for technical consultation, maintenance and support of Atlassian products, mainly Confluence and Jira. The acquisition includes the project work of setting up a new Atlassian environment for use by the higher education community and the implementation of data migrations to a new environment from the current On-premise environments of the higher education community. The supplier must prepare to start the implementation project from the beginning of August 2023. The target schedule is that the new centralized Confluence/Jira environment will be in use from January 1, 2024.
New centralized Confluence/Jira environmentwill be set up in the Atlassian Cloud, unless an obstacle arises during the implementation project regarding the use of the Atlassian cloud environment.
Access to workspaces and projects will in the future be granted separately to each required user ID through centralized authorization management. PaThe use of services requires a TUNI ID. The estimated number of users of the new TUNI Atlassian environment is approx. 2, 500. In some use cases, there may be a need for wider visibility (public access) within the higher education community than permitted in the authorization management.more in the tender documents with attachments.
