Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Boats with Rapid Intervention Outboard Motor

The qualification requirements are:
(a) If the Bidder is the manufacturer or authorized distributor:
The Bidder must provide written evidence that it meets the following requirements:
• must provide written evidence that the Supplies that it offers meet the following condition (s) of use: the supplies must be tropicalized.
(b) If the Bidder is not the manufacturer, but offers Supplies on behalf of a Manufacturer under a Manufacturer's Authorization given in accordance with the form in Section IV (Submission Forms), the Manufacturer must have and demonstrate that it has the qualifications (a) above, and the Bidder must:
i. prove that he is duly authorized to deliver the Supplies in the Buyer's country by a manufacturer or a distributor authorized by a manufacturer meeting the criteria set out in paragraph (a) above;
ii. Have achieved an average annual turnover of the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020) at least equal to 140, 000, 000 FCFA. This average turnover should be taken from the financial statements.
