The customer requests a solution in connection with the acquisition of a Business Process Management (BPM) system with process mining as an option, which includes the implementation of a SaaS solution that will act as a central factor in the customer's business process improvement and optimization strategy. The systemshall enable the Customer to visualize, analyze and manage the Customer's business processes in a more efficient and data-driven manner.
