The purpose of this consultation is to purchase preparative HPLC type equipment for the purification of RNA molecules under denaturating conditions (80 ° C, 6M urea) as well as its delivery, its installation, its commissioning, the User training, after -sales service, contractual guarantee and linked documentation. The device sought is a preparative HPLC type machine that can support a flow of 1 to 50 ml/min and a maximum pressure of 300 bar. The machine must only form one block comprising the preparative HPLC, its computer control interface and the fraction collector. The machine must be equipped with an integrated UV detector (fixed wavelength at 260nm), a 20 ml manual injection valve as well as steel capillaries that can support a heated stamp at 80 ° C and containing 6m of urea.
