Framework purchase agreement for the identification number RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00003, National Cardiovascular Laboratory. within the framework of the project, for the purchase of single-use laboratory equipment for the Varosmajor Heart and Vascular Clinic of Semmelweis University until the budget is exhausted (net 180.41HUF 2, 610) or a maximum for a fixed period until the end of the project, 28.02.2026.

Regarding all parts:

The subject of the public procurement procedure is the sale and purchase of a total of 97 (ninety-seven) lots in 21 (twenty-one) procedural parts. The amount affected by the drawdown is the frame total available for each partis determined by the degree of eg. If a part consists of several items, an offer must be made for each item. It is aimed at the conclusion of the framework agreement(s) to be concluded with a tenderer according to § 105, paragraph (1), point a).

In the case of a call made during working hours (between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays), the delivery deadline for products in stock is max. 48 (forty-eight) hours; in the case of a product not in stock (which the Seller must indicate in the order confirmation) max. 10 (ten) working days, which deadlines are belowto be counted from the confirmation of the call. In the case of a call submitted outside working hours, the above deadline shall be calculated from 8:00 a.m. on the first working day after the call is sent.
