Framework sales agreements in 3 parts for the purchase of ear implant systems for the Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Clinic of the Semmelweis University. Part 1: Acquisition of an ear implant system with a special electrode. (Equipped with an electrode to prevent the leakage of cerebrospinal fluidimplant.)
Part 2: Purchasing an ear implant system with straight and perimodal electrodes.
Part 3: Purchasing an ear implant system capable of 3 T (even without removing the magnet, safe even in the case of a 3T field strength MRI examination).
The present procedure is in accordance with the Code of Section 105 (1) c) a recommendationis aimed at concluding framework agreements to be concluded with the agent. On the basis of the framework agreement concluded with one tenderer, the implementation of the given public procurement takes place with the conclusion of a contract following a written consultation.the maximum number is 1, and the selection is made as follows:
- If there is only one valid bidder in one part, who has submitted the most favorable bid among several valid bids in the other parts, then he will be announced as the winner in the part in which he is the only valid bidderbidder, while in the other parts the bidders with the
next most favorable offer are announced as winners.
- If the same bidder is the only valid bidder in each part, then the part with a larger number of pieces is preferred.
