This consultation concerns the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the maritime traffic monitoring system (Vessel Traffic Services - VTS). Surveillance of maritime traffic areas under the responsibility of the harbor port of Nantes Saint-Nazaire is currently ensured using traditional equipment (radar, VHF radio, AIS basic stations) associated with a treatment channel and Visualization architectured around the Sytar software system. The replacement of the software is made necessary because the publisher no longer ensures evolution on the product and the end of maintenance is planned for December 31, 2024. This new system will make it possible to have features to improve the reception of ships And to ensure compliance with the SI safety rules, and the modernization of said system as a whole.
