Lot 2: Tools and accessories for site interconnection
The Agence des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication invites closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the delivery of the following supplies: the supply of interconnection equipment, tools and accessories.
The award of the Contract will be conducted by Request for Information and Price in Open Competition as defined in Article 24.2 of Order No. 2020-15-60 / MEF-SG of April 22, 2020 amending Order No. °2015-3721/MEF-SG of October 25, 2015 setting the terms of application of the Code of Public Procurement and Public Service Delegations, and open to all eligible candidates.
5. Interested candidates may consult the Call for Competition file free of charge or withdraw it for a fee against payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA francs at the address given below: Agence des Information and Communication Technologies, located at Hamdallaye ACI 2000, in the premises of the National Library, by certified bank check payable to the Agence des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication or in cash.
6. Tenders must be submitted to the address below: Mr. Director General of the Information and Communication Technologies Agency, located at Hamdallaye ACI 2000, in the premises of the National Library at the latest July 5, 2022 at ten (10) hours sharp. The Late bids will not be accepted.
7. Tenders must include a tender guarantee, for an amount equal to one million (1, 000, 000) CFA francs per lot.
8. Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
9.
