For the 66-room dormitory of the Katalin Kovacs National Kayak-Canoe Academy ("Academy"), the residents of the coaches' apartments, as well as visitors, several catering units will be created in the building complex. Connected to the lobby on the ground floor is the central restaurant with a permanent capacity of nearly 200 people and thea kitchen serving nearly 400 servings, as well as a public buffet. The buffet is open from time to time in the forecourt of the conference area on the 1st floor, and for other events there are 2 buffets on the 1st floor for guests staying in the stands. In addition to the buffets, restaurants and kitchens detailed above, thekitchenettes are set up in several places in the building, and the coaches' apartments have their own kitchen function.
Different kitchen technology tools necessary for the operation of this kitchen technology - restaurant - buffet - kitchenette - apartment kitchen and dining room functions are procured in II.2.4) in the specified quantity, type and size.
