Tender Details

The Defense intends to replace all rack coolers on the IVER HUITFELDT class (IVER class), as the current ones are "end of life". IVER at is equipped with specially built Villumrack. Drawings and sketches for the rack coolers are attached to the Contract's annex A.1.

There are two types of coolers: Back coolers in varying hayjder (respectively 24, 32, 36 and 42 height units) and Drawer coolers at the bottom of the rack (4 height units). The contract concerns the delivery of a total of 246 rack coolers, spare parts for these, as well as 2 prototypes that must pass a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), cf. Annex L of the contract, before the production of the remaining coolersis initiated. The supplier himself must present a plan for the implementation of FAT, which must take into account that the first partial delivery of coolers must take place on 6 January 2025, cf. Annex B of the contract, section 1.3. Options must also be offered for 100 rack coolers which must be able to be used by FMI up to5 years after the signature of the contract.
