Description: Context The team (Inserm U1024) is led by Dr. German Sumber. Its research activity is centered on the neural mechanisms underlying engine behavior. As part of this project, the team uses transgenic zebra fish larvae expressing optogenetic tools to control and manipulate neural activity. In addition to calcium imaging experiences, markings, using immunohistochemistry techniques, identify the type of recorded neurons. The activity and identity of the cells will be analyzed using Big Data techniques such as reducing dimensionality (PCA, LDA, etc.) and clustering (K-means, PCA-Promax, CNN networks).
