The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to one or more responsible Offerors to provide commercial Ad-Hoc Medical Reasonable Accommodation Support Services (AMRASS). This announcement seeks to procure off-site Disability Management Physician Assistant (DMPA) services to provide expert medical adjudication related to Disability Management and Reasonable Accommodation determinations for Agency employees to carry out the mission in their assigned areas of responsibility within the organization. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended by the Amendments Act of 2008, Title I, require federal agencies to provide reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants and employees with disabilities, barring undue hardship.This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
