PREMISES: Block 30, Lots 12 & 13A, consisting of approximately 186, 109 square feet. CURRENT LEASE TERM: Thirty-five (35) years, beginning December 29, 2020, and ending December 28, 2055. PROPOSED TERM ExTENSION: Fifteen (15) years, beginning December 29, 2055, and ending December 28, 2070.
