Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-71666, Lot 4A, Block 700, consisting of approximately 362, 300 square feet, at Deadhorse Airport to include concession language to allow for the creation of a Traveler Lounge within the existing Deadhorse Aviation Center building, to be utilized by passengers of Alaska Airlines and chartered flights. Applicant: Deadhorse Aviation Center LLC. Annual rent: $71, 373.10 and any other associated fees.
